All returns must be authorized by the Bead, Trimming & Craft Co. All returns must be freight pre-paid. We will Only accept returns of merchandise shipped by our error or having manufactured defects. Claims for such must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

Standard Post (Inside Australia only)
$4.20 up to 250 grams
$5.40 between 250 and 500 grams
You will be contacted with freight costs for all orders weighing more than 500 grams
Registered Post (Recommended method)
A $2.00 addition will be applied to the standard post rates

Express Post (Recommended method)
We use Australia Post express service. This service will arrive overnight to major business area and within a few days to rural areas
